If you want to search within your contracted vendor and offering landscape for more than just simple Keywords, we offer the feature “Internal Insights”.

Receive a list of Software and Services that you have already in use and match your request. They are sorted by a Matching Score that is based on your individual requirements and the input from your request description.

Alternatively, you can choose to see what additional solutions your contracted vendors are offering that match your request.

4. MATCHING MATRIX

Compare and decide

Compare your internal as well as external results based on your requirements to make fact-based decisions.

You can easily see which individual requirements are met by which solution and which vendor.

The criteria are extracted from your request input e.g. your request title, description and keywords.

5. SOURCE TRANSPARENCY

By hovering over the criteria checks, you get even more insight about where the matched information was found, e.g. on the website of the suggested vendor.

6. DEGREE OF MATCHING

For your decision-making process, you can also take into account on what level a found information was matched with your criteria.

Our technology is based on a vast knowledge base of synonyms and relation-linkages that keep learning and improving daily.

This allows our platform to consider different Matching Degrees. A direct synonym for example weighs more into the Matching Score than just a context match.

7. FEEDBACK

Give feedback to the suggested solutions from the external market. Thereby our AI learns and can adjust accordingly for further Matching rounds.

You can choose e.g. if the solution didn’t match your request, ask for more information or mark them as fitting.

8. KNOOING SERVICES

Never hang in waiting loops again when trying to get more information about a product or a vendor.

We offer the service to get anonymously in contact with vendors for you and inquire about specific requirements or ask for a direct contact person. The details will be forwarded back to you, and you can decide on your own terms when to approach the vendor.

9. COLLABORATION

By adding Watchers to your requests, you can make sure that everyone has access to the information they need.

Your colleagues from across departments can get email notifications about new Matching results and based on their user rights also give Feedback.

This way everybody stays in the loop and the information is stored in one place.
