If these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to these third countries and processed there. For example, US companies are obliged to hand over personal data to security authorities without you as a data subject being able to take legal action against this. It can therefore not be ruled out that US authorities (e.g. intelligence services) process, evaluate and permanently store your data located on US servers for monitoring purposes. We have no influence on these processing activities.

If you send us an application, we will process your associated personal data (e.g. contact and communication data, application documents, notes taken during interviews, etc.) insofar as this is necessary to decide on the establishment of an employment relationship.

The legal basis for this is Art. 6 UAbs. 1 lit. b) DSGVO (general contract initiation) as well as § 26 Abs. 1 BDSG under German law (initiation of an employment relationship). Your personal data will only be passed on within our company to employees who are involved in processing your application.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager features on our website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

This is a tag management system that is used for the purpose of managing website tags via an interface.

In order to monitor system stability and performance, Google Tag Manager may collect some aggregate data about tag triggering. This data does not include user IP addresses or user-specific identifiers that could be associated with a specific individual. If a deactivation has been made by the user at the domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager. Other than data in standard HTTP request logs, all of which is deleted within 14 days of receipt, Google Tag Manager does not collect, store or share information about visitors to our clients’ properties, including page URLs visited. Google Tag Manager does provide for the triggering of other tags, which in turn may collect data. For more information about our use of Google Tag Manager data, please see the Google Tag Manager Terms of Service at https://support.google.com/tagmanager/answer/7157428 and Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Via the consent banner on our website, we actively obtain consent from you pursuant to Art. 6 UAbs. 1 lit. a) DSGVO. You can revoke this consent at any time.

Data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.

Google Analytics

We use the functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics on our website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics gives us the opportunity to analyze the behavior of the website visitor. In doing so, we receive various usage data, such as page views, length of stay, operating systems used and origin from you. This data may be summarized by Google in a profile that is assigned to you or your terminal device. Furthermore, Google Analytics allows us to record your mouse and scroll movements and clicks, among other things. Furthermore, Google Analytics uses various modeling approaches to supplement the collected data sets and uses machine learning technologies in the data analysis. Google Analytics uses technologies that allow you to be recognized for the purpose of analyzing user behavior (e.g. cookies or device fingerprinting). The information collected by Google about the use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Via the consent banner on our website, we actively obtain consent from you pursuant to Art. 6 UAbs. 1 lit. a) DSGVO. You can revoke this consent at any time.

Data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. Details can be found here:

https://privacy.google.com/businesses/controllerterms/mccs/

IP anonymization

In addition, we only use Google Analytics on our website with IP anonymization activated. This means that your IP address is shortened by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and only shortened there. Furthermore, we have concluded an order processing agreement with Google. Google processes this data on our behalf and thereby enables us to evaluate the website usage by the users, to create reports about the website activities and to collect further information related to the website and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

Browser Plugin

You can prevent the collection and processing of your data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link:

https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

For details, please see the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7667196?hl=de

Google Fonts

In order to display content on our website correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use Google Fonts from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland on our website.

When you visit the website, a connection is established to Google’s servers to load the font used and stored on your device.

When connecting to the Google servers, your IP address is stored. In addition to your IP address, other information such as the name of the browser you are using, the version of this browser, the language settings and the screen resolution of the browser are also transmitted.

A transmission to Google servers in the USA cannot be excluded here. Your personal data is used by Google for analysis purposes over which we have no control.

LinkedIn (Insight Tag):

With your consent, we activate a cookie from LinkedIn when you visit our website (LinkedIn Ireland, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland).
The tag reports to LinkedIn what actions you have performed on our website and possibly identifying data about you.

With the data, LinkedIn can recognize that you have visited our website, what you have clicked on and if you have clicked on a link on LinkedIn that connects you to our website. This allows LinkedIn to show you interest-based content. LinkedIn may associate this data with your user account and use it for its own purposes. The processing of your data by LinkedIn is explained in the data protection information at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/priv acy-policy.

We do not receive any data about you or other users from LinkedIn, but only statistics that show us aggregated for all users in a certain period of time how they have used our offers and ads on other platforms of LinkedIn. This helps us analyze which of our ads were successful and which were not.

HUBSPOT

We use the CRM solution from Hubspot on our website. The provider is Hubspot Inc, 25 Fist Street, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA.
This system is used to better track and process contact made via the contact forms on our website and on LinkedIn. In the process, your data (name, address, e-mail address and IP address) is fed directly into the system and processed.
We base the processing of your personal data on the legal basis of Art. 6 UAbs. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. By contacting you, your data serves the fulfillment of pre-contractual measures.
We store your personal data in our system for the time of the pre-contractual measures as well as during the term of the contract; if no contract is concluded, we delete your data after one year.
In order to guarantee the security of your personal data, we have concluded an order processing agreement with the solution provider, taking into account the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.
We would like to point out that a data transfer of your data to the USA cannot be excluded.
For more information about the processing of your data, please refer to the privacy policy of Hubspot Inc.: HubSpot Privacy Policy

Data processing through social networks

We maintain publicly accessible profiles on social networks. The social networks used by us in detail can be found below.

Social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. can generally analyze your user behavior extensively when you visit their website or a website with integrated social media content (e.g. Like buttons or advertising banners). Visiting our social media presences triggers numerous processing operations relevant to data protection.

In detail: If you are logged into your social media account and visit our social media presence, the operator of the social media portal can assign this visit to your user account. However, your personal data may also be collected under certain circumstances if you are not logged in or do not have an account with the respective social media portal. In this case, this data collection takes place, for example, via cookies that are stored on your end device or by recording your IP address.

With the help of the data collected in this way, the operators of the social media portals can create user profiles in which your preferences and interests are stored. In this way, you can be shown interest-based advertising inside and outside the respective social media presence. Provided you have an account with the respective social network, the interest-based advertising may be displayed on all devices on which you are or were logged in.

Please also note that we cannot track all processing on the social media portals. Depending on the provider, further processing operations may therefore be carried out by the operators of the social media portals. For details, please refer to the terms of use and data protection provisions of the respective social media portals.

Legal basis

Our social media presences are intended to ensure the most comprehensive presence possible on the Internet. This is a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 UAbs. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.

The analysis processes initiated by the social networks may be based on different legal bases, which are to be specified by the operators of the social networks (e.g. consent within the meaning of Art. 6 UAbs. 1 lit. a) DSGVO).

Responsible party and assertion of rights

If you visit one of our social media sites (e.g. Facebook), we are jointly responsible with the operator of the social media platform for the data processing operations triggered during this visit. In principle, you can assert your rights (information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and complaint) both against us and against the operator of the respective social media portal (e.g. Facebook).

Please note that despite the joint responsibility with the social media portal operators, we do not have full influence on the data processing operations of the social media portals. Our options are largely determined by the corporate policy of the respective provider.

Storage period

The data collected directly by us via the social media presence will be deleted from our systems as soon as you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Stored cookies remain on your terminal device until you delete them. Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

We have no influence on the storage period of your data, which is stored by the operators of social networks for their own purposes. For details, please contact the operators of the social networks directly (e.g. in their privacy policy, see below).
